It was amazing to compare the bids I got from three window companies. Two of the companies started with bids that were insane. The minute I pulled back, they lowered the price by $6000. I'm over 60, which makes me worry about the company's credibility. The other company was late and tracked in a bunch of rain, mud, and leaves into my house without saying a word. My windows direct guy concentrated on the window quality and gave me a price that was reasonable. William S.

Company spends more time blaming the customer than fixing issues. Spent over a year waiting for product - products installed are flaking paint. Horrible company for customer service and poor quality products. Owner will likely respond with why the fault falls on me for their inability to managed/deliver. They will spend your money fighting you rather than delivering the products they promised/you paid for. Read their unprofessional responses - it could be you they take thousands from and treat like you’re a villain for poor inventory management.
