I cant say enough about how happy I am with this company I have dealt with other pool companies before but no-one has given me the service that they have got my job done right and way before the deadline very nice to work with and very knowledgeable I would recommend this pool company to anyone and everyone thank you for the great customer service

Terribly unprofessional! Like many of the prior reviewers I hired them to replace my pool liner that now looks terrible. It is too big with Bunches of material in all corners. They will not fix or warranty it. The managers and owner are no responsive. Beware of these scammers!!

I requested a service call for a heater that was leaking, the owner came out unannounced and decided to bring with him an incredibly poor attitude. So poor in fact that the sprinkler company we had on site at the same time was concerned about his attitude towards my wife who was dealing with multiple issues because I was away for work. Our pool water alkalinity was screwed up and that apparently caused the heater to fail, that's our screw up and we admit that, however I wasn't paying for his ridiculous attitude, just a service call to find out what had happened. He must of thought we were some lowlifes trying to scam something, but all he did was make us feel like lowlifes over a mistake that we take blame for. All of this could have been avoided had he just expalained like a gentleman what the issue was and guess what -we would have bought another heater and paid closer attention to alkalinity, instead I wouldn't take a heater from this guy if he were giving them away. I asked two of his managers to have him call me back so we could figure all of this out, and shocker- no call. I guess not when you know you were totally out of line and decided to take some ridiculous frustration out on a customer. Great way to run a business. (Into the ground) Totally disgusted with Wind Surf &Sail. Do not waste your time or money here.

Don't waste your money very unprofessional. Hired Them To Install A New Pool Liner Before A Grad Party seemed professional at first. Hired them to install the new liner upon draining the pool they dropped the trash pump in the pool in the deep end and broke the vermiculite floor did a bad job fixing it. They then put in the new liner and dosn't fit right wrinkles in the corner's very hard to keep clean. The floor looks like a bumpy road. Be ware they won't warranty any thing.

This business is what professionalism is all about. Not only are their products top-notch, but they are large supporters of the community. They are a local business that strives to provide the best service and support to their customers/clients. I would absolutely work with them again. I was a customer of product, rather than service.

Wind, Surf & Sail did and INCREDIBLE job on our pool. Not only did they make the entire process easy, they always offered their professional opinion without overstepping our vision. We would definitely recommend WS&S to others and will be sure to use them again for our next project.

We purchased our pool from Wind Surf & Sail in 1998. We do not go any where else. Kathy know her pools, all the merchandise related. When we go in from year to year she remembers us, our whole pool set up all the equipment. We purchased a new liner for our pool 4 years ago, her team did an awesome job with replacing the liner and fixing the ground underneath and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. We recently went in with our pool pump that we needed new parts for and the young man behind the counter showed us what was needed and even put the basket and gasket's on for us. Best pool store in our area. I drive past 3 pool stores, and there are 3 other pool store's closer to my home, but I only go to Wind Surf & Sail.

Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service, large selection of products and huge parts department. Always a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend. I purchased a home that had an existing inground pool so I can't address a "specific project".

Kathy and her team at Wind Surf and Sail were wonderful to work with when we wanted to purchase a pool, but did not know what to get or how to go about it. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company installed our in ground swimming pool. They were professional and educated us about exactly what we had in mind. It took longer than expected due to weather delays and possible overbooking of pool installations, but after the job was completed, we were very happy and satisfied. Their concrete contractor did a great job as well.

We have been using Wind, Surf and Sail for many years and we have been very happy with them and the whole team. They are very customer friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need. Kathy the owner really knows her business and keeps us coming back. Not only do we purchase all of the things that we need there but we also have them open and close our pool every year.
