Our 6 year old home was built with a Control 4 system to coordinate lights, XM radio, TV, whole house audio and security. The lights and security always worked, but the rest of it was on and off. We bought new components and paid for many service calls, but never had everything work for any length of time. After a couple of years we had to completely removed the TVs from the system. It was frustrating. We called Wired Technology after a recommendation and they have solved our problems. They took the time to find out what we wanted, designed a system we could use and understand. And then they delivered. They got Control 4 out of our lives and brought back the fun. The service was first rate, on schedule and on budget. No surprises. Just great results. The nicest thing I can say is that I have recommended Wired Tech to my son who is redoing his home systems.

Wired Technologies worked with me on the remodel of my home. I needed wall mount televisions, wireless internet throughout the house, pre-wiring of the job and professional installation. The company was professional and the team that installed the work were efficient, kept my new house clean and everything was working when they walked out the door. WIRED installed 4 plasma televisions, surround sound systems in 3 rooms in my home, and re-programmed my RTI remote. The sales person (Dwayne) and the technicians (Gene and Ivar) were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked closely with me to stay within budget, and completed the project in the specified time. They worked very well together, and were very patient and helpful with all my questions and requests. Gene, in particular, went the extra mile to fulfill my RTI remote requests (and there were many!) Wired was a joy to work with. Wired installed Camera, whole house audio system and revamp our Audio/visual equipment. Brad sold us what we needed and steered us away from things we didn't need. Wired worked well with our cabinet company giving them all the specs on our new equipment make sure all the equipment would fit and be accessible to us. The wired team is excellant when it comes to getting back to the customer with information or coming over quickly to fix glitches in the system.
