I ordered a console table a few weeks ago. On the website it says "in stock" but I haven't heard anything yet. I contacted the customer service and they are ignoring my emails.

I was skeptical about buying online, however when I received my unit I fell in love! It was fairly easy to install and our entertainment center is the center of attention when we have people over. Definitely recommend

I bought the Wood Floating TV Stand Entertainment Center is the color spice. When it arrived, the right side of the shelves were damaged and they offered to give me a $200 refund out of the $1.397 that I spent to purchase it. I finally asked to ship the item back for a full refund only to be left with no response after I e-mailed them four times. This is really disappointing because it was expensive. I’m not sure why they have positive reviews when the customer service is not good. They must be fake.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with Woodwaves. They are a very professional company and delivered my items on time and in perfect condition. The items were packaged beyond safely which I couldn't appreciate more, and shipping was free when I purchased. I bought two Live Edge slabs as well as a set of Agate Stone coasters. The slabs are one of a kind, and look even better in person. They were incredibly simple to assemble (merely screw the legs on using the stenciled outline of where they should go, and the predrilled holes) it would truly be impossible to mess up assembly. The finish is beautiful and smooth on both pieces, the colors are more robust in person. The coasters are gorgeous and vary a lot looks wise, but they are all unique, just like the slabs and together their uniqueness works and makes sense. I will assuredly be a return customer to get some Eco Geo floating furniture, as well as some of their great planters, lighting, end tables amongst other things. As well as more coasters! They would also make for great wedding presents!

My experience: purchased two items listed as minimal assembly required. They are excellent pieces- and well made. fully worth the money. They are a small company made of diligent hardworking people. I wish them well.

I was really hesitant with ordering furniture online, but this is a great floating console and the customer service is outstanding!

We purchased the three piece wave unit in November and installed it in December. Instructions and installation were easy as expected by reading reviews on other sites. The piece itself is beautiful and well crafted. It looks like a very nice piece of modern/rustic mix furniture. The only problem I have now is, the wires are protruding from the speakers and receivers with no realistic way to hide them. I hired an electrician to hide the TV wires behind the wall, but the surround sound speaker wires are cumbersome and unsightly at best. The wires connecting all of the receiving and satellite equipment are also problematic. I should have looked at the pictures closely, because I was sold with the clean design and look in the picture and did not have a realistic expectation. Now, I am searching for compromises. I think we will need to drill multiple holes in the unit to accomplish a cleaner more refined appearance. Wish these units were predrilled for this purpose or had a channel running through the back to connect all three pieces together. I am sure others will experience similar problems.

However, I have been disappointed with my purchase. Let me explain. When I first received the curve part of the three pieces, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the construction or the finish on the wood. Then when I received the other two end pieces and began assembling the unit on the wall I discovered that the bottom of the curve unit was coming loose from the side panels and the top. I needed to use 4 sheet rock screws and screw them in from underneath to reattach the bottom. As we continued with the install, I noticed more lack of quality in the end pieces with finish nicks and shoddy finishing. I had to drill holes into the cabinet for wiring to be hidden behind the small storage areas on the curve piece. This is the only way I could get the clean image that you show in your pictures on the web site. In summary, I like the idea and style but was disappointed in the quality of the materials and construction process for the money that I paid. I could have gotten a multitude of good furniture cabinets for $899 and this is your competition.
