When I purchased my house in Riverside, it needed remodeling/addition to meet my disability needs. This ended up including raising the living room and family room floors to eliminate the step up to the level of the floors in the rest of the house. And an addition for a new kitchen, master bedroom, and handicapped master bathroom. Xavier was very good at listening to me to understand my needs and explaining what could be done. Since I am living in Orange county until this work is done, he was very good about communicating via e-mail and over the phone. I also appreciate his patience while I communicated with my family to get their input on the remodeling/addition. He also helped me get the plans through the slow approval process of the City of Riverside.

Xavier Design Group is a great design team. Their creativity and passion shows in each project. I've had the pleasure of working with this design group multiple times and their consistency has made for many seamless projects. Communication and attention to detail has ensured our project's success. I plan on using Xavier Design Group for all my future projects.

We hired the Xavier Design Group to design a plan for our ADU. Xavier has been wonderful to work with! His professionalism is exceptional and the plans created were excellent. The city planner stated the site plan looked great! He has been extremely patient with us and his response time is stellar. We can't thank him enough for all his assistance and expertise during this project.

We hired Xavier to draw our plans for an addition. We are moving the kitchen into the addition and Xavier was very helpful in coming up with a floor plan we loved. We also wanted a modern looking exterior, with a little info, Xavier drew up our dream exterior. On top of that Xavier has been reliable and prompt, I would definitely recommend!

Awesome job. Had drawings prepped for me in the time frame required. Very reasonable pricing. Also went to the city with me and we were able to procure the permit over the counter.
