Our job was a Bathroom remodel to update the master bathroom and to make things more accessible after a medical procedure. Our remodel was completed on time and on budget! Nickerson Remodeling helped with the design and material choices and Mr. Nickerson was personally on sight to supervise the demolition, the material delivery and every step of the construction. Process. This was truly a CUSTOM remodel. We could not be happier with the professionalism of the crew during the remodeling and with the final results.

The Albert Master Bathroom Remodel Xavier Nickerson Design & Construction did an AMAZING remodel of Donnie & Gwen Albert's 45 year master bathroom. Xavier's design and construction work is Elegant. My husband and I had different concepts on what the master bathroom remodel should look like. Xavier patiently listened to both of our ideas and made recommendations that accommodated both our concerns. It's amazing how Xavier's redesign added so much more usable space to our bathroom and walk-in closet. By adding a 36 pair shoe rack to my walk-in closet, there is enough space for all of my handbags and hats. Now, I can actually see my shoes instead of wondering which shoe box to look in. Replacing the old lights with LED lights not only brighten my closet but also made it appear larger. I LOVE MY WALK-IN SHOWER! Oops, our walk-in shower. The tile Xavier recommended makes the entire bathroom appear much larger than before. To accommodate both Donnie's desire to have a large overhead shower and my insistence on having a shower bench and handheld shower next to the bench, Xavier exceeded our expectations. Donnie got his large overhead shower, a shelf for shower gel and shampoo and I got my shower bench, handheld shower next to the bench with a "special" compartment for my shower gel or shampoo. Another amazing feature is the exhaust fan which is so quiet you can barely hear it running. Our 45 year old master bathroom had two entrances; one from the master bedroom and the other from the hallway. Why? No idea, guess that was a design back in the day. Xavier the hallway door and made a wall. Because there was a lot of space between the double sinks, closed off the old medicine cabinet and midway between the two sinks, built a cabinet with 4 shelves. Now, Donnie and I both have two large shelves for personal items instead three "little" shelves. The mirrors and lighting fixtures are beyond anything I could have imagined. All three mirrors have lights embedded inside the perimeter that are turned on/off by simply touching the mirror. YOU MUST SEE TO BELIEVE! The crystal lighting fixtures over each sink and the chandelier above the vanity are ELEGANT. My family and friends, who know be well, sometimes tell me that I'm too "picky". Well, Xavier's design and remodel of our master bathroom has left me "AWESTRUCK".

The Nickerson Company completed the work in about 6 weeks. They were very professional and courteous. The work they performed completely transformed our home into a very clean, professionally designed, and nicely accented, project. This was truly a job well done.

Nickerson Design and Construction Inc. is the best. I love everything this company did to my house. From the ceiling to the floors and everything in between were exquisite. This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks.
