Kyle was recommended by our builder to sell our existing home. After the initial meeting, he pawned us off on Caitlin, who ran the process into the ground. She miscommunicated moving dates, keep contract dates, didn't bother to show up for closing. Even called my builder and lied about a conversation we had. She only shared private information about us to our buyer's agent. After firing her 2 days before closing, Kyle stepped in to finish the process. Both do a poor job with negotiation, only caring to get the deal done, rather than make it beneficial for us. 90% of all communication was texting...and couldn't be bothered to call. To top things off, Kyle tried to back out of a pre-negotiated 2.5% commission given to us by our builder. Shady business.
