“I used Active Appliance several times as they are one of the providers by my home warranty company. In all they have been to my house 3 times. They have fixed my dishwasher twice and my gas stove twice. The dishwasher had food particles stuck in drain both times and they fixed it within an hour. The gas stove had one of the pilots broken. They had to order a part and come back later to fix. They did a great job in all 3 times.”

“In my experience with appliance repair shops, they refuse to give a ball park estimate of how much repairs might cost. Instead they say you have to pay for an inspection. Not the case here. My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. Would recommend and definitely use again.”
