I had the pleasure of using Castrads for a large stately home restoration project in Cumbria. Their product and service were excellent. I normally undertake contemporary work, so traditional radiators are not something I often use but the quality of the product is outstanding and is head and shoulders above any other similar product. As they say "you don't need to look anywhere else".

Sophisticated Purchaser

I run a very high end dinner series with Designers and architects, etc. and we have been remaking a space for the continuation of this series. Every detail has been carefully selected and combed over... When we decided to replace the original cast iron radiator, which was a showpiece in the space, we literally looked the world over for something special and unique that would really compliment the space and help bring it to the next level. That's when we came across Castrad's website. We instantly fell in love and decided to import from England, all the way to New York City, a CastRad "King" cast iron radiator in chalk white. It is absolutely beautiful and the Castrad team has been nothing short of wonderful to deal with. Great communication and product support all the way through installation. Truly love this company!

We had a friendly site visit to ensure the correct radiator outputs were quoted. We followed this up with a visit to the Manchester showroom to view the products. A no pressure quote was emailed and in our own time we have ordered the areas of the house that we were ready for. It has been a very positive experience and the radiators look amazing.

A genuinely professional company who went out of their way to be helpful from start to finish. One of the radiators had a manufacturing problem (no fault of Castrads) and they replaced and fitted it at no charge within 2 days. I thoroughly recommend them.

We ordered 3 radiators, and were kept advised continuously of the the progress of our order, which in fact arrived early. everyone has been so helpful and we are so thrilled with the radiators and extremely impressed with the service we've received.

Ordering from Castrads is a very pain free process, I couldn't fault the service at all. I had an idea of the radiators I liked and they were able to advise on size and make sure my room was heated sufficiently. The fact they come with a 10 year guarantee put my mind at ease too - they may be a bit more money than other places out there but worth it in my eyes

Jacqui provides a service that is outstanding with an extensive product knowledge from start of project through to completion . The Cast iron radiators are exceptional in quality. I constantly have compliments on residential projects that we have installed the radiators and would not look to purchase from anyway else.
