Edinburgh Project Management

We began the renovation of our Georgian terrace house without the benefit of a project manager, starting by getting quotes in to refurbish the windows. By the time we had found three reputable suppliers, arranged a time for them to visit and chased them up, weeks had passed and we were left with three wildly different quotations and no idea how to proceed. EPM took all that confusion and sense of unease away and saved us wasting further precious time. Alan prepared a budget, oversaw the planning process, advised about timings and managed all the trades. Alan’s team are fantastic, working to a high spec and with an eye for the detail. They worked flat out, day and night, to make sure we were able to move back in before our hard Christmas deadline. We are delighted with the end result - and very grateful to Alan that, not only did we avoid making time-consuming and expensive mistakes, we were able to enjoy the whole process. We will definitely be enlisting Alan’s help with any future projects.
