Acorn Architectural

Jamie is a friendly and straight talking chap who knows how to explain everything in laymen's terms. I found his work to be thorough and diligent, with good recommendations throughout the process. He handled my questions well through pre-project, and then during the build when dealing with some tricky (to me) questions regards Building Control and various challenges and last minute changes.

Had acorn architectural draw up and project management my kitchen extension. We did try architects nearer to us but found Jamie and Ryan more friendly and reliable with returning calls and emails than the others. Acorn was helpful with answering questions especially when the builders hit unforeseen problems below ground. Good selection of ideas from their drawings, happy with service throughout would use again.

Totally and utterly useless!! drawing ability I have no issues with but total lack of communication resulted in us losing 3 months on a build we needed to be complete before the end of our pregnancy.. the drawings all be it pretty and looked great did not comply with a simple rule that any architect should know, when chased to draw new drawings (various times over a month period) had no reply resulting in us having to seek another architect and losing £££'s DO NOT USE!!
