For over 10 years, Arta Architectural has been helping happy clients to extend, develop and maximise the potential of their homes. We work with your brief to design and draw up architectural plans, obtain planning permissions for the work, and we can even manage your project all the way through from construction to completion. Our approach is professional and friendly. We have a knack for getting planning permissions for challenging sites, and we are experienced in dealing with councils to get your project approved and off the ground. Your budget matters, and we work with our clients to deliver their objectives as economically as possible. As a CIAT registered practice, you can trust your project is in the best hands. Don McGowan provided a competent service which achieved its objective. He is very personable and dedicated to the job. His charges are reasonable.

Mr McGowan of Arta Architectural carried 2 projects for my home. First, the Garage conversion into a living studio were he handled both the planning/building regs consents and project managed the building works. He also successfully obtained planning permission for a loft conversion in the main house. On both occasions Mr McGowan provided excellent work and advise, and carried out his tasks proffesinaly. He was recommended by a relative, and continues to carry out work for many relatives and freinds of mine. I have no hesitation iñ recommending him wholeheartedly.

Don McGowan has been working with us for the past year and a half and we have had a great experience working with Arta Architectural. Their professionalism and experience with dealing with councils have been exceptional and they have managed to get us planning permissions that we thought were not possible.
