Beau Ideal Architects was founded in 2018 to provide a tailored service of design and project management to all clients within residential architecture. Each project benefits from an enduring and creative design approach in order to meet client aspirations. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice and offer a full range of services covering feasibility, concept design, planning, building regulations and project management. Providing attention to detail to every project, we pride ourselves in customer service and quality of design. Every project and client is unique and requires a bespoke approach to achieve their goal. Our friendly and hands on service is befitting to ensure each client is informed accordingly throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Vinay and Beau Idèal Architects highly enough. They have been competent through the process from commencement to approval stage of our extension. Vinay was personally there when we needed his services, even if it was a question or query regarding minor details of our plans. His extensive knowledge and advice is what got us approval of our extension via the local council. We received objections from both neighbours, through which he was able to professionally navigate us to a successful outcome. He has always been very friendly, helpful and supportive, and I would positively recommend his services.

Having gone through a life changing home extension - i am forever grateful to have been under the care and direction of Vinay Mistry. His attention to detail was second to none starting at the point on how we lived and how we would like to live. His end to end thoughtfulness was thought provoking and allowed us to make sure every detail was consciously decided upon. Vinay has designed our extension and further internal modifications to our specification after carefully finding out our requirements over several site visits/remote sessions despite the challenges of lockdown. He was patient with our slowness to know what we wanted and was happy to make modifications to the drawings. He has created plans that we are really excited to see built. He has taken the stress out of the early stages of the build by gently navigated us through the planning process from planning permission through building control to introductions to quality local builders.
