Blueprint Vista Architecture is led by Manpreet Matharoo. With over 20 years of experience he enjoys blending the traditional with modern features, reviving older designs into a new light. Specialising in replacement dwelling, renovations and extensions he has a knack for getting approval when it comes to tricky planning permission having worked on all sorts of projects including heritage listed buildings and Green Belt. With both a design and engineering background, he is able to approach each design with a technical mind in turn saving money for his clients throughout the planning and build processes. He works mainly in West London and around this home in South Buckinghamshire but has been involved in projects throughout UK as well as abroad as far as Malawi, Africa which involved a new build family/resort development along a private lake featuring water frontage, a sandy beach and a waterfall in the rear garden.
