I commissioned BMG Design to design and prepare construction drawings for a contemporary single story living room extension together with further house modifications. Brendan converted my brief into excellent line drawings in 2D and 3D as well as 3D rendered views. These enabled us to visualise the project and fine tune our requirements. Consequently the end result was exactly what we wanted and we are now enjoying the magnificent new living area. Brendan managed the interface with planning, building control and structural engineer, leaving me little to do in these areas. I found BMG’s service excellent in all aspects of their commission and would highly recommend them.

I was delighted with the service provided by Ryan, Lou and Brendan. I gave them my brief and what they came back with was exactly what I was looking for. They came up with some really contemporary ideas for the renovation of my 1939 house. They were a huge help when it came to navigating the planning process and selecting specific materials to use in the renovation. They spent a lot of time researching houses in the area and making sure what they proposed was fitting with the local environment. When it came to speccing the interiors they also came up with a fantastic design that I have been able to use as a blueprint. We are 9 months into the project and I can't wait to see the end result. BMG are a truly professional organisation that I would wholeheartedly recommend.
