Andy at Burton Architects has really helped us out, and to a tight schedule. From the inital plans that we had supplied for a small extension he was able to provide detailed specifications to meet building regulations and offered lots of helpful friendly advice along the way. It is easy to see the passion he has for the work that he does and he helped us understand the process involved in getting our project started.

I would highly recommend Andy at Burton Architects. He is friendly and personable, quick to respond, full of ideas and suggestions and produces drawings of a very high spec. We were very happy with the variety of designs he came up with for our kitchen extension, and he was able to guide us through our own muddled up ideas to form a design that worked for us. He organised a structural engineer for us and sorted planning permission too. His prices are very reasonable and he works hard to make sure you are happy with the end result. Even once completed he was very accommodating with making tweaks to the design.

Andy is a very talented architect and was a dream to work with. He listens to what you say and really takes his time to understand your needs. He took what could have been a boring extension and turned it into something very innovative and what will be an exciting living space for my Mum. The plans went through planning like a dream and the planning officer said it was one of the best designs for an extension she had seen in years, to say she was impressed was an understatement. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy to you.

I was impressed with Mr Burton approach to the project, which although not very big was a challenge in that it meant converting an entire cellar of a Victorian house (1850) into two self contained apartments. His ideas where fresh and made excellent use of the space available. I am very pleased with the work done thus far.

Andy was a pleasure to work with, listened to our requirements and brought inspiring concepts we had not thought of. Drawings were very compressive and detailed enabling us to be able to get accurate quotations. We would definitely highly recommend.

Burton Architects provided the design and planning for a ground floor kitchen extension to our Victorian house. The process was fully involving of us and only moved forward when we were happy with the proposed designs.
