We are very happy with the service we received from David at Chiltern on planning our house extension. Initial communication was quick, followed by a visit to our property and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we could and couldn't do. First drafts came through quickly and any amendments / concepts that we wanted to check were also quick in coming back. Once we had decided, David made the process of planning applications and building regs very straight forward, dealing directly with the council planning office, so we had very little contact with them at all. When an amended application needed to be submitted, David handled it all very quickly and the whole process went through in a very timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend David's services.

David Parry was highly recommended to us to draw up plans for our extension. He was reliable and gave us great ideas before drawing up the plans. The process from planning to approval was dealt by him in a straightforward and efficient manner and we would highly recommend his services.

David did a great job of designing our basement conversion, and helped us along the way with the process whenever we had questions. Overall extremely happy with the design and would highly recommend.

David took on board what we wanted to create and he produced an excellent set of drawings that past planning first time. Our drawings were for a side, rear and loft conversion. When we needed to make a couple of alterations to the plans and required further drawings, this was all produced quickly.
