We have recently used Co Create for a total reconfiguration and renovation project of a village property outside Newton Abbot. As a village centre house, we were seeking to bring character to the existing overly modern external look of the property to match the surrounding period properties. Internally, there appeared to be too many limitations to achieve an en-suite, and a more functional use and flow to the other rooms and spaces. Co Create presented an amazing and creative solution which has beautifully re-imagined the external look of the house. Their ideas for the internal layout has not only created the en-suite, but at the same time has enhanced every other area of the property. Communication was excellent, with Co-Create also handling all planning matters whilst allowing us to make use of their considerable network of supporting expertise. We have no hesitation to recommend.

I'd like to recommend Alistair Powe and his team at Co-Create Architects for their excellent work in the design and planning of my house extension. The final design, after many changes was exactly as I had envisaged.....a modern style with large windows and skylights creating a feeling of maximum light and space, and giving a flowing connection the garden. Also, it was very helpful to see 3D viewings from all aspects of the extension both internal and externally. Thank you Alistair for all your patience and commitment.

I cannot fault Co Create. They were very patient with me whilst drawing up the plans as I wasn't really sure what I wanted - only that I didn't want what we had. Jamie was always willing to talk through what he was doing and when the plans were ready he explained them in a way I understand. We had to re-draw the plans slightly as the planning department weren't happy with the first set but this was no problem to Jamie. I would definitely use them again should I be in need of an architect as they were professional, helpful and very friendly

Excellent service in all respects. What I really like is that Co Create really listened to our requirements. Co Create apply their professional know-how to the task ensuring the designs were both pragmatic and achievable, They are extremely pleasant and very responsive. Calls and emails were always answered promptly. The Customer really does matter to Co Create. I cannot recommend them more highly.

This was our first time using an architect and we couldn't be more satisfied. We felt listened to and understood at every step. The communication and explanations of what to expect, what would happen next etc were exemplary, as well as their ideas and considerations. Can't rate their services highly enough. Would highly recommend.

From the first contact with Co Create Architects with Sharlotte everything was a dream! I wish my whole renovation was like this. Jamie followed for a site inspection and quote, he was extremely patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge and with my high dreams and plans for the house. Then was Tim's turn to deal with my crazy plans and explain to me the restrictions regarding Building Regs, Conservation Area etc. He managed to stay calm when dealing with me, with all the changes and my 10 steps ahead approach vision. He made such a detailed and perfect planning application package that in 1 month it got fully approved! Miracles do happen when you have the right people to do the job! Due to the size and cost of the project i have to do 2 stages and so far they helped for stages 0-3 and will go back to them when i have the funds for the extension for stage 4.To say that i am really pleased with them is an understatement! Definitely reccomend!

The Co creat team have helped me through every step in a really easy to understand way. I have no previous experience with digsigning and planning a renovation and all the hoops to jump through to get planning and building regs. But with their help I have felt a full part of the process and have not got everything signed off to start. Very professional and friendly. I look forward to using you again. Would not hesitate to recommend this young innovative Architect company. They have a feel good factor. Have built up a good working relationship with Tim who has been great at keeping us informed at all stages in getting planning permission. His ideas and explanations are clear and he is working with us on the next phase of our project.

Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable, and highly professional. After being messed around by the previous architect we contacted Co Create. They were awesome. Co Create helped us through every step, from the initial idea, to getting the plans accepted with the council. They really made everything super easy. If we ever have any projects in the future, I will 100% use them again.

We would highly recommending Co-Create. We found Alistair and the Co-Create team efficient, polite, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. They were able to produce accurate existing plans quickly and competitively for our house renovation. Prior to engaging with Co-Create we had employed a different architect and were beginning to despair that we would not find a suitable professional locally who understood our vision. Alistair took on board all of our needs to be fulfilled in the internal reorganisation of the house, namely our requirements for a functional home to live in. We already had ideas and he happily incorporated them into our final plans where possible. He also made practical suggestions where our initial thoughts were not feasible. He understood the external aesthetic which we hope to achieve without resorting to the formulaic architectural designs common in the nearby area. We look forward to working with him and the team through the building process.

Ali was professional, took time to understand what we wanted and why, and produced some great plans. We're not sure if we'll go ahead with the project due to costs, but he's given us all the information we need to do some more research and make an informed decision. If we do continue, we'd be keen to continue this project with Ali.

Extremely impressed with Co Create, couldn't praise them enough. I approached them during a very busy property market period in September, hoping to get the ball rolling ASAP, and that's what they done. Within 4 weeks I had drawings finished and submitted to planning. Alistair and his team were great at tweaking a design I had in my head to make it better. I only write reviews about company's who I genuinely believe deserve the recognition, and Co Create certainly do. 5 stars.

Jamie was very good. Arrived on time after every visit. After our first consultation I felt Jamie was very honest and also listened to what we said and wanted. This reflected in the final design. Jamie gave us an architectural plan for our rear extension, a design we would have never thought of ourselves but yet it delivered on all the features we wanted which in my eyes shows a great attention to detail and someone who actually listens to their client.

Jamie has been absolutely fantastic from day one offering a superb personal service that really met our needs and accommodated any changes we needed to make. He really helped us have those important discussions about how we would want to use the space and what we wanted to prioritise getting out of each room ie: views, floor space etc. I have included one drawing for reference.

Extremely pleased with Jamie and the CoCreate teams input and ongoing support for my project in Uplyme. Part renovation / part new build extension to an traditional Devon cottage ,this required a sensitive use of materials and scale to marry original and new, bespoke elements to extend and enhance the buildings usability and appearance. Co Create provided a highly professional but also personable service ( plans and planning application process) and were allways happy to go the extra mile in achieving the end result we were looking for. I am more than happy to recommend the team and wish them every success in the future.

Fantastic company! We used co create after our original drawings were refused. Alistair and Anna were so helpful from the start. Explaining in detail their ideas and queries I had. Initial drawings were received quickly and amendments were completed promptly. The final designs and planning pack were fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone for any project big or small!

Very responsive and on the ball. Alistair and a colleague were completely on top of what was a minor project for them, but, nevertheless, they showed real interest and enthusiasm, arranging a very prompt site visit and providing the drawings I needed within days. Jamie worked tirelessly to secure planning permission and listed building consent. Due to the historic nature of the site and building, the project required collaboration with heritage surveyors, ecologists and archeologists. Jamie was able to navigate the councils planning and conservation teams with patience and determination to ensure the project went ahead without any delays to the development. I have recommend co-create to friends and family.

Alistair listened to my ideas and incorporated them into his design. He added some of his own ideas which I wouldn't have thought of to bring more light into the house. I haven't had the work done yet but am excited to see how it will turn out. I would recommend Co-Create for their courtesy, flair and imagination and for their reasonable fee. I will be asking Alistair to design future projects I have in mind.

We wanted to update the look of our 1970s pebbledashed house. Alistair’s ideas and help proved invaluable. He took on board what the issues were and guided us really well. The first time working with architects. Alistair was wonderful, process was very much a co-creation as per their name. I wasn't sure to begin with if a professional was needed, I soon realised that having an architect to create your vision is priceless. Worked out a few kinks to create a lovely open plan flowing space in an old home with great features: granny annex, storage, WC, dog wash station, pantry, etc. Thank you so much for your time, professional approach and making dreams come true!

We were lucky to found Ali, one of the architect, to help us to transform a very small old cottage into a very nice light cottage. Ali had the vision to utilise every spaces , change the rooms location, opening new windows and make the staircase a beautiful fixture. He had transformed our property . I will highly recommend Ali. The service is 5 stars, the prices are very reasonable, well everything is perfect! See by yourself. The photos are only taken by my phone.
