Bronwen has been excellent in a tricky application she went above and beyond to make sure we had a design that saw to all of our needs. She found solutions to all of our problems and designed us our dream family home in terms of space and look. We can’t wait to see her design come to life. Highly recommend.

We have engaged Connected Architecture for a Grade 2 listed renovation and separately for a new build property. Bronwen has provide an excellent service. She listens carefully to our requirements and has provided good design recommendations. She understands the need for a cost conscious approach without compromising results. She has been very responsive and diligent in her working practice and completely open and upfront about her fees, which has not been our experience with all architects. As of Nov 2020 she has completed buildings regs drawings and tender process and we are due to commence work imminently. We look forward to her continued guidance through the builds and we thoroughly recommend her.

Connected Architecture (Bronwen) was recommended to me by a friend as I needed an architect to help me redesign my 1950s bungalow. Bronwen took on board my ideas and what I wanted to achieve and did an excellent job of turning it into the design I wanted. She was happy to discuss what I wanted in detail and her experience was invaluable because she was able to tell me if some of my ideas would or wouldn't work. On the back of this she was able to create a choice of designs for us to discuss and work with which then led to a final design I was delighted with. I would certainly recommend Connected Architecture.

We're in the process of remodelling the downstairs of our house to reconfigure the space and create a new open plan kitchen/family room, utility room and downstairs WC. This is the first project we've worked with an architect on and Bronwen has been an invaluable help. She's friendly, approachable, pragmatic and quick to respond to queries. She came up with several options to utilise the space in different ways, which really helped clarify our thinking, and novel changes to internal doorways to get more light flowing through the house, which we hadn't even considered. She was very focused on achieving our objectives and helped us realise that we could get what we wanted without needing to extend, which was a big help in terms of budget and not needing planning permission!

Structural Engineer working with Connected Architecture

I have worked with Connected Architecture on numerous jobs where I carry out the structural engineering design work. The drawings are excellent and very detailed which makes understanding what is required that much easier. I have worked on mainly residential jobs with Connected Architecture, including new build houses, extensions and internal alterations. The standard of drawings and attention to detail are a real credit to Connected Architecture and its always a pleasure to work with them.

Applying for planning permission for a 2-storey rear extension to our home was an absolute nightmare and looked doomed to fail before we had even begun. Not only did we get planning permission - they suggested we went for a LARGER footprint than we had originally thought possible.
