Spencer from Davey Stone Associates...... professionalism personified from start to finish. I employed Spencer to carry out the drawings on my loft conversion, to create two bedrooms, landing area and a bathroom. I now understand how complicated this can be and why you definitely need an architect! Spencer always communicated very clearly and once the building work was under way he vistied on site three times and when the job was completed. We paid the price he initially quoted which was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DSA's services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Spencer and Alex listened carefully to our requirements and then helped us refine the brief to come up with a solution that absolutely delivered what we wanted. At each step in process from initial concept to detailed design, they were thorough and thoughtful and exceptionally friendly. Nothing ever seemed like to much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.

His designs were wonderful - doubling the usable space within the existing footprint - and his eye for detail throughout the project management process was fantastic. I’ve worked with this company a few times now and have been thrilled with all aspects of our dealings. We have had both basement conversion plans done (with building regs all sorted for us etc) and have had a ground floor extension planned, built and supported by the team. We’ve been so happy with the results of our extension and the space really has maximised our space and transformed our home. We found Spencer brilliant to work with. He’s always gotten to know exactly what we are looking to achieve and has listened to my crazy ideas, but then always come up with a way to achieve them (or he’s often come up with far better alternatives!) We’ve also had support from the company in the form of party wall representation when there was building work next to our house and this was a great comfort to know there was someone who took time to get to know our house so well and was there to ensure we remained protected throughout the experience. I really would highly recommend to anyone.
