We hired David and his team to help us undertake a complete renovation of a New Town flat. They were fantastic, very friendly and easy to work with and with great advice throughout the project. Key differentiators for us were: - They have real expertise in New Town and a passion for combining innovative design with care for authentic period (in my case Georgian) features - Very good technical input and coordination with the planning authorities, kitchen and bathroom suppliers and building contractor. - Great care for the 'softer' features such as internal joinery, lighting design and materials usage. - Real attention to detail right through to snagging and project closure David and the team were very partnerial throughout with great transparency on cost and timelines.
