Plan design and project management for a single storey rear extension. The service from Ian was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with (which was important to us as it was our first project). He understood what we were trying to achieve and created a design which was much better for us than what we had envisaged. He adapted quickly when the circumstances required, which actually resulted in additional useful features. His management of our relationship with our builder helped to keep the project moving and reduce the time we had to spend on it. His attention to detail was good, he was always on time and he was available, when needed. We definitely felt that we got value for money and a service which made going through the process much easier than it could have been.

Really enjoyed working with Ian. Very professional, really listens, great attention to detail. A good designer and contract administrator. We are delighted with both loft and rear extension.
