With a particular focus on good client and stakeholder communication and liaison, Neil works closely with clients in developing and managing effective frameworks and partnerships for schemes. He has wide experience on projects from feasibility to completion and operation. Neil has recently spent a lot of time working with various large Care provider clients to develop a programme of assessment, new build development, extension and renovation of building stock, to provide and maintain modern, attractive and usable premises. He has a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the various care registration bodies and their involvement in the development process, and incorporates this within schemes. Recent work on new build and renovation care projects in the UK and abroad seeks to balance high quality design with value engineered solutions for clients so that both their funding and operational requirements are met. As part of the feedback process learning from previous developments allows particular successes to be reflected in future work.
