We offer full planning packages whereby we prepare all necessary planning application documents including drawings, design and access statements etc and act as your agent throughout the planning process dealing with any issues raised by the local authority. Full Planning applications packages start from £550+vat. We also offer separate packages of individual elements of the planning package should the client wish to save on costs and manage this process themselves. We also offer a complete building regulation submission package. Where require Engineers at EngTech Design will prepare plans, calculations and all other associated documentation to support a building regulation submissions to Building Control. Full building regulation packages start from £325+vat where a full building regulation application is not require and works can be undertaken under a building notice. We can provide the required structural calculations to support your building notice application. For steel / timber beam installation we can have our engineer visit the property and prepare the required structural calculation report as required. These individual packages start from £120+vat. However, for specific structural scenarios where the client can provide the required information our Beam calculator can be utilised saving time and money for the client.
