Design We offer a no fee initial appointment to discuss your brief. Following this meeting, will carry out a measured survey and produce some design ideas using CAD. Only when you are satisfied with the drawings, we will submit your proposals to the local authority for approval. Planning Applications We will act on your behalf, prepare drawings, submit your planning applications and liaise with your local authority planning department to gain approvals.
