FASCIA are an architecture and interior design practice based in Maida Vale London. We are specialists in the refurbishment of existing and listed buildings and bespoke new build residential work. We have 12 years of experience practicing in the Uk generally and in the London metropolitan area in particular, and are experienced with a number of the local planning authorities in the South of England. In addition we have also completed projects in Scotland, Wales and Ireland. We offer potential clients an initial feasibility service on sites already in their ownership, and are also happy to produce development appraisals for new sites which our client's are considering purchasing. We are particularly experienced at working with highly complicated and challenging sites, be they in the city or country. We pride ourselves in creating new value out of what are often quite restricted or compromised conditions. Our extensive experience of working within existing buildings in particular, enables us to identify the potential and problems of building projects from the inception. To date we have received planning permission for all our submitted projects, and always on the first attempt. This is because we pay close attention both our client's needs and the kinds of regulatory and technical constraints that must be adhered to in order to get a project over the line efficiently and on budget. Comfort and generosity of space and light are always at the forefront of our design approach, and we take a very detailed interest in the interior design of projects, so that our client's tastes and needs are clearly expressed within the overall proposal.
