Ferris Architectural Designers, is a young and thriving Architectural practise based in the heart of Essex in Chelmsford. We offer the following services: Design Building Regulation packages Planning Project management We carry out work from a simple single storey extension, to new builds and new housing developments. We offer a range of services from producing plans to taking your project through the whole planning stage. Our company specialises in all types designs, including high end design and renovation for residential properties and development sites. We are committed to offering a personal, bespoke service from the initial consultation, through to design and planning - making it an easy experience for the homeowner, business owner or development company. Connor is a conscientious designer and professional. He approaches each project with foresight and expertise. The confidence he shows gives you a level of assurance that each project will be completed to a high standard. It's hard to find designers who understand the holistic nature of architecture and luckily Connor displays these funditmentals and more. The level of communication he expresses will garauntee transparency, which is key especially if you appriciate building and creative complexities.

I used Ferris Architecture when building my second home, and they were perfection from start to finish. They came up with few different ideas and we pieced the final design all together. They really made me feel involved, which I feel like some Architects don't do. Connor is incredibly hard working and talented and I will be using them again, as well as highly recommending them to everyone that is looking for Architectural Services.

I used Ferris Architecture when designing and planning my rear extension. They were seamless throughout the whole process. The free onsite consultation and survey was a great way to get my vision across and it was delivered perfectly, and on time to their realistic deadlines. I didn't have to chase them once and Grace provided regular updates. All in all I highly recommend them.
