Flair Studio

Founded by Federico Schilling, Flair Studio is a London based architectural agency with experience in high-quality interior design projects within the residential, retail and hospitality fields. We aim to provide bespoke design, project management and end-to-end delivery solutions to clients looking for quality, design, and cost-effective interior designs. Federico received his qualification as an architect in Italy in 2001 and has since worked in Hamburg and Milan before moving to London in 2014. He is a member of the RIBA, ARB chartered and CIOTB trained for the health and safety. He has gained an extensive experience in high-end interior design, in particular within the retail field working for brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Thomas Pink (LVMH) and Roberto Cavalli where he worked on a variety of projects including stores for the main, junior and furniture lines as well as cafes and restaurants, a few private residences and the designs for the Cavalli Square, a boutique Hotel in Dubai. Curious and passionate about detail and craftsmanship, over the years he has gained a wide experience in the design and end to end delivery of high-end interiors by leading the architectural design process and coordinating stakeholders, internal and external teams while driving execution and reducing costs for projects at any scale.
