With over 30 years of experience, Foster-Grundy Associates strive to provide the highest possible quality for value within the design and construction industry. Toby Foster-Grundy has had a long and textured career, working on a wide variety of projects, acting as a designer, planner, project manager and consultant. I have used FGA's services on several occasions, ranging from design work for a home studio apartment, to a scheme for reconfiguring the access and parking at my house. We have also consulted Toby on several schemes at my mother's house. His expertise and professional 'can-do' attitude is always appreciated. As someone who is normally reluctant to recommend others, I've always found Toby's knowledge and communucation to be first-class and would have no hesitation in using FGA again and in recommending Toby and his team to others.

Toby & his colleagues did a great job from the start of planning to completion of the project. He’s very creative in his approach and the design made much better use of our space than the other designs we were sent. Very hands on and communicates well about how the project is moving along. They also managed to keep the project ticking along despite lockdowns and scarcity of materials.

Foster- Grundy came recommended by various people who had used them for consultation, design, implementation, build and project management. While we didn't use Foster-Grundy for all of the above elements, the work they produced was of a very high standard. We felt confident that they knew the regulations and procedures to make a successful project. They were able to help is with new ideas and concepts and took on our personal wants, preferences and ideas to give us designs that were to our liking.
