I couldn't recommend Tom and the team highly enough. We are in the process of updating our 200+ year house and needed a sympathetic approach, whilst maximizing the space and look of the property. After going through some great options, we now have plans going through for a first story extension on the property, whilst ensuring its keeping to the original cottage feel. We will be using hamlynbentley again for when we develop our outbuilding, as we found the service provided exceptional.

An excellent service from start to finish. Tom was extremely patient, listened to my requirements, suggested innovative ideas, gave me several options. Tom was freely available to answer any queries and happily added to and changed the design as I requested. Where there were issues with the local authority Tom took the lead with expert advice and was incredibly successful on agreeing a compromise the planning dept. I would highly recommend HamlynBently Architects.
