Architectural Services: All projects differ in size and complexity, but as a typical fee for a standard 3 bed terrace - I would charge: £750 survey, £750 Sketch Scheme, £1500 Planning Submission. Generally for the Architectural Services throughout the entire job from start to finish - this would be 10% the construction cost. Construction: If you choose us to do the construction work with my preferred builders then we would typically charge 20-30% the build cost.

Engaged Simon to prepare a planning application for the demolition of a bungalow to be replaced by two houses. Throughout the process Simon has been readily contactable, always responding to emails in a fast efficient manner. We went through a few different iterations during a sketch scheme phase where Simon provided his recommendations and we debated various options. Throughout Simon was accommodating and open to idea sharing. All in all a very professional and thorough experience.
