JBE Architectural have prepared and obtain Planning Permission and Building Regulations Consent for a single storey rear extension incorporating conversion of garage into habitable space. All visits to the site were prompt and done in a very professional manner. James Burton discussed my needs and suggested various options to come up with the most optimum solution. He reviewed and advised on choosing the local builder for undertaking the project. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I used JBE rather randomly but received a great service. Very punctual regarding arranged meetings and lots of ideas put forward. Timely delivery of plans and engineer drawings. James is clearly a man of integrity. Amendments all very timely and lots of help offered with the local authority in dealing with plans etc. Very refreshing to hear someone very clear on their fees also. Overall thoroughly recommend.
