I hired Lees Architects for a ground floor rear extension on my home in Hertfordshire. Lees Architects produced both the construction drawings and submitted the planning application. The extension consisted of an additional bathroom, an open plan living room & kitchen diner. I wanted a single pitched roof to the extension, which a previous Architect had advised me was not possible. Stuart drew up various options to demonstrate how this could be achieved and advised me on the most cost effective option. I am very happy with my extension. I feel Lees Architects have really maximised the area whilst maintaining a spacious open plan feel. The extension really has transformed my home and is exactly how I imagined it! I would definitely recommend Lees Architects to a friend for a professional, honest approach.

Lees Architects provided me with a complete design for a 6x11m rear extension and 4x5m 1st floor extension. Stuart the MD was the architect on the scheme and was very professional and accommodating throughout. He dealt with any changes swiftly and efficiently. Stuart reviewed the site periodically during the lengthy construction programme and was available to talk through any problems/questions my builder had. Stuart’s price was very competitive and I have since recommended him to numerous colleagues and friends. I will be using Lees Architects again.

Stuart provided thoughtful drawings for a sidereturn, loft conversion and remodelling of our 5 bed house, he matched up my requirements and ensured the plans would make the best use of the space. He managed the process smoothly through planning, and once planning was granted he produced detailed construction drawings that my builder informed me were very detailed and helpful. He managed to get planning permission on first application. Stuart was always on hand for any questions and was always very quick to get back to me on any questions.
