From the very start of the job, Tamsin@Liberty Design was was fantastic, she had a site visit and was able to get the drawings and all forms filled in for our project, within days she had everything in order, absolutely Tamsin is at the top of her field, we highly recommend Tamsin and will use her in the future, Tamsin thank you for all your help and support Mr&Mrs Todd

We hired Tamsin to design our loft conversion and ground-floor extension of our two-bed terraced house in Autumn 2019. She made the design and planning process so easy for us! We had an idea of what we wanted for both and Tamsin enhanced on this and bought our vision to life, ensuring every detail was thought of and really putting the personal touch into the design as if it was her own property. We had to have a few design alterations due to planning, but Tamsin dealt with this so we didn't have to worry and we eventually got the plans granted with only slight compromises. Due to the pandemic, our loft conversion wasn't completed until late 2021, but now completed it is the perfect space and has added so much to our home with the additional bedroom and bathroom. We wouldn't hesitate to use Liberty Design again in future projects, and will recommend to family and friends when they start on renovations.

Tamsin has been fantastic throughout the design process. She really helped us to develop the ideas we started with into something, not only more practical but, that exceeded our expectations in design and functionality. In taking a novice couple, with no knowledge of design, from a wish of wanting more from a three bed semi to delivering plans that gave us space, functionality and style I cannot fault her approach. She kept us on track to make sure we retained the Victorian originality of our home whilst providing the modernisation and the growth we needed. Whether dealing with us, awkward planners or commissioning engineers Tamsin has been relentless in delivering our goal.

Tamsin was very helpful with the redesign of our 1950’s bungalow into a very modern & contemporary chalet bungalow. Due to continued objections from one of our neighbours Tamsin was able to guide us through the planning process, even going above & beyond, and still being able to achieve the end result which we are really happy with. I have recommended Liberty Design to friends & colleagues who have taken up their services and I know are happy too.

Tamsin has provided us with professional, encouraging and positive assistance through a lengthy drawn out planning application process. Tamsin guided us through the whole procedure with patience and professionalism providing some very sound advice , idea's and contacts for other professionals we required along the way including structural engineer, Arboriculture consultant and even builders. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liberty Design or using them again in the future.

Liberty Design undertook our project of replacing two old existing garages to just one . They dealt with all aspects from providing the building plans and calculations to the planning and building regulations along with being available for consultations with the local planning office when needed.

Have worked with Tamsin on my project in Christchurch and she is great! Very inspirational and understanding when u make changes.. Would 100 percent recommend her.
