I had used Simon for my house renovation and extension project in Bristol. Simon provided an excellent service which was real value for money. Drawings were supplied quite promptly and he successfully applied for my planning permission which made the whole process stress free. Simon, from Lignum designs, came to our property for an initial visit and to hear our ideas on what we wanted from an extension. It was clear from the outset he had listened to what we had said, taking on board all our new ideas and addressing our concerns about how our house was not working for us currently. Not only did Simon understand what we wanted to achieve, but he added his own creative ideas to improve it beyond our vision. Simon then measured up and came back to us with 2 different proposals. Together, we discussed the pros and cons of both and agreed an extension that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional. Simon then dealt with all the planning permission on our behalf so the whole process was easy from beginning to end. Furthermore, when we contacted him with questions he always came straight back to us via email or zoom. We found out a couple of days ago our planning permission was granted and subsequently we can not recommend Lignum Designs enough.

I used Simon from Lignum design on a new build project in Yealmpton, Devon. He was fantastic from start to finish. His fresh ideas and quirky designs really finished the house to a high spec. Every person who has had a look at my house and congratulated me on the design and layout and this is all down to Simon. We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission.
