We bought our flat in Paris in 2005 and Manuel designed and project managed the first iteration of the refurbishment, creating a modern, stylish and spacious design from a tiny, boxy warren of rooms. Most recently, having purchased the corridor outside our flat which enabled us to open up the space even more, he was our first and only choice. 10 years on, the fact that Manuel now has an office in London as well as Paris, the refurbishment couldn't have been easier for us. We have complete confidence in how he is able to translate our few magazine clippings and half-ideas into a beautiful, stylish home. Manuel completely understands the need for sufficient storage but his trademark niches and alcoves contribute to the overall effect. He sources impeccable fixtures and fittings, whilst still accommodating our tight budget and oversees the job from completion to end providing regular updates and photos. We were impressed with the quality of the building contractors who turned around the job on time, and on budget. Our budget was carefully prioritised on a few statement pieces such as a beautiful marble worktop and lighting, which made more prosaic items such as our Ikea kitchen look chic and elegant. We are delighted with our renovation and the culmination of Manuel's original design which is as fresh and as interesting as at inception 10 years ago.

I have worked with architect Manuel Sequeira for a few years and I must say that I am truly a fan of his work. From the detail of a furniture piece to a full appartement renovation he allways innovates with new and fresh ideas while maintaining a clear image of the final result. I have seen his beautiful ideas turn to reality and I think the work we have done together speaks for itself.

We hired Manuel to completely renovate our 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Paris. Despite a small space (approximately 70m2) Manuel was able to accomodate our specific needs such as; optimal storage, bring modern aesthetic and convenience while respecting the charm and character of a classic French apartment. Although the process was stressful as it was the first home for us, Manuel made it a memorable experience thanks to his patience and communication skills. Manuel was extremly collaborative, flexible, and always offered creative and budget-conscious solutions to all the inevitable surprises of a "gut" renovation. Manuel delivered our beautiful new apartment on time and on budget. The result completely exceeded our expectations; the apartment was even better than anticipated; there was nothing we would have done differently. We would totally hire Manuel again.
