Maria provided us with some excellent ideas for a ground floor extension and we're thrilled with the end result. She worked well with the builders and kept a close eye on progress throughout the project. Would certainly recommend Maria to others.

Maria designed and project managed the remodelling of our home, this included a loft conversion, a ground floor extension as well as structural changes to other rooms. We are really happy with the way our home has turned out. Maria worked with the builders to ensure that the project was completed on time and within our budget. Most importantly, she spent a lot of time with us in the design phase to understand what we wanted to achieve, discussing ideas with us, listening to our feedback and coming up with creative solutions. She is very professional, with a high degree of creativity, and was committed to ensuring that the project delivered to our hopes and expectations.

Maria designed our loft conversion (2 bedrooms plus bathroom) in 2013 and a major kitchen w tension in 2017/18. Both are brilliant! Clean lines, practical living space that looks great, attention to detail on finish, and really helpful ideas on things like lighting and fixtures and fittings, storage. Attention to energy efficiency and making sure things work.

Maria was engaged by us to develop a major refurbishment of our house. This involved creative design and successfully obtaining planning consent for a significant enlargement of the existing floor space with the major addition of a substantial basement. This was followed by a 12 month contractor period. Whilst much of the work was straightforward architectural input, Maria demonstrated real intuitive flair in delivering original and clever solutions to particular challenges that meaningfully enhanced the finished product and our use of the space. Always extremely personable and willing to go the extra mile.

We are very happy with the creativity and technical support that Maria has brought to our recent kitchen extension - we are delighted with the light filled space that we now have and she definitely made navigating all aspects of the process infinitely easier. She is very knowledgeable about the building process which helped us feel reassured at various stages (especially when it felt it was never going to end!), and also was able to bring creative ideas and suggestions as the build progressed. She understood the look we were after and was keen to ensure details were just right to achieve that. She has helped create a very attractive light filled space which has now become the heart of our home - thank you Maria!

Maria has great ideas and creative flair. She is skilled in dealing with builders and other third party providers and has a overall good view projects. Recommended.
