I used MAP to draw up some designs for an extention and have to say what amazing service! Craig is an excellent guy, makes superb suggestions and is super quick with the work and responding to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

We recently used Craig to help develop plans for a rear extension. I was really impressed with his professional yet friendly and personable approach. Whilst initially viewing the space Craig was open and honest with his thoughts coming up with interesting and fresh ideas. (I found other architects didn't want to share any ideas until we were happy to commit!) The whole process was swift and smooth thanks to Craig, who's incredibly efficient, prompt and easy to contact with any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Craig again for any future plans and highly recommend!

I have struggled so much with attempting to put our plans together and in the end I hired a builder who held my cash for 4 weeks and still no plans! We found Craig Matthews and arranged a 1 hour free to come chat with us! We were absolutely thrilled with the knowledge Craig provided and asked him to take on the job there and then! I contacted Craig Matthews of M.A.P in Jan 2018 to help Me with the design of a single story wrap around (side and rear) extension of about 60 square meters to my 1920,s semi . I also used Craig to process My Planning application as I am aware of how tricky this can be. Throughout the whole process Craig was fantastic , not only did He design a wonderful extension for my house but He took all the stress out of the application process by dealing directly and amicably with the local planning authority. I found Craig very easy to work with and nothing seemed to much trouble for Him . I am pleased to say that after a few minor alterations, Craig managed to get My planning application approved by the local council planning department. My extension has now been built and I have the amazing house I had hoped for, so thank You Craig for all Your help, your easy manner and professionalism. Craig has recently helped me with plans for a conservatory and interior alterations. He really listened to what I had in mind and produced several ideas which really helped in deciding the final design. He is very good at communicating, produced plans very quickly and has dealt with the council application process. He has also liased with structural engineers and builders.
