Maryse Rénier Architecture is a London-based, design-focused architectural firm founded in 2011. We offer complete architectural and interior design services, helping our clients from initial feasibility study and outline design through completion of the built project. We believe in the architectural project as somewhere the history of a place or a building meets the everyday story of its occupiers. The project is a thread binding these stories to create a unique tale. To achieve this, we believe in a collaborative work within the project team, that is: the client and their story as the first breath of inspiration for the project, the consultants bringing technical expertise, and the team of skilled contractors. The success of a project rests on the dialogue among all these actors and the architect’s ability to coordinate all their actions. Every project is an opportunity to marry sustainability and design. From maximising natural daylight to reducing energy consumption – among many other examples – we invite our clients and the entire project team to embrace more environmentally-conscious style, design, and construction.

We worked with Maryse on some initial ideas and estimate for our family home renovation project. Maryse’s enthusiasm and exciting, creative design ideas were there from the start. She took the time to get to know more about us and our lifestyles as well as spending time really thinking about creative solutions for the current limitations of the property that would work for us. Maryse is a clear communicator. She laid out how the architect/client relationship would work and detailed what her level of involvement would be at all stages of the project. Maryse would be committed and dedicated to achieving a superb outcome for all of her clients. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Maryse twice as an architect and both times I have been delighted by the lines she is able to find in her designs. The not always standard angles and shapes have created focal points that engineer interesting conversations. Maryse is professional and easy to work with. She understands the clients needs and focuses to incorporate this within her design.

Maryse was recommended by my next door neighbours and I was very impressed with her design work- this is her forte . She has a great eye for architecture placing design in the context your require - be it old or modern. She creates space , great lines of vision and taking great care to select and match colours . She really listens to your needs as a client , and works with you. I wanted to keep my alterations to the traditional Georgian feel whereas next door was very modern - she achieved both in adjacent terrace houses. Brilliant. It is a great pleasure always when she comes to discuss the project. I pass on my next door neighbours' recommendation !!
