I contacted Chris when I was in the house viewing stages to get advice on a potential project I had in mind, as his style and ethic was in line with my own. He was very helpful and attended a viewing with me so we could fully discuss my ideas before I committed to the purchase. Since then he created designs that were exactly what I had and mind and more, as well as pushing my chosen design through planning quickly. I am now half way through the building stage and can't wait to see the final results! As a first time buyer and renovator Chris explained the process to me every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. I would fully recommend Chris to anyone.

We contacted Mulholland Architecture initially because we were impressed with the kinds of work Chris has done in the past. We needed someone to produce drawings for the renovation of our four-storey semi-detached house and take it through the planning process. We knew some things we wanted to achieve but weren't clear about what was likely to be possible with planning, or how to get the different changes we needed to work together. Chris' approach worked really well for us. He spent time with us in our home and sharing ideas online, finding out about how we lived and worked, and what we wanted. It's been easy working with him and we feel he 'gets' us, our interests and what we're looking for. He produced a range of great concepts for the house, each of which was a really imaginative solution. He has great vision and an eye for detail, creating some really beautiful features in the drawings we have gone with. He negotiated the planning process successfully first time, which was a bit more complicated because we live in a conservation area and were making changes to all sides of the house. He's kept to deadlines throughout and responds to questions without delay.

Chris is helped us with a kitchen extension and loft conversion. We were absolutely delighted with how it all went and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
