The practice was established in 2020 by Chris Mulholland after a number of years working for award winning practices in both the commercial and high-end residential sectors. We offer a complete service from your initial brief to getting your project built. A comprehensive design process gets you exactly what your after. Following this, we will co-ordinate the planning and building compliance stages on your behalf. We'll produce a tender package and invite contractors to submit prices for your project. Upon review of the submissions and selection of a contractor, we can prepare your building contract and administer it throughout the construction phase to make sure it's delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
