A respected and award winning architectural practice with over 30 years’ experience Niven has a strong design culture and a well established reputation for delivering quality projects within both time and budget. Simon Crowe, Owner/Director of Niven took over the company in 2003 and has worked assiduously to develop the practice’s portfolio of clients and projects. We work in all the key sectors including education, commercial, retail, leisure and healthcare. We also have considerable experience of designing bespoke homes, both traditional and modern in style, up to the value of £8 million. Niven strongly believes that diversity - rather than specialisation - benefits both members of our team and our business.
