We are so happy that we went with ODDD for our loft conversion- we have ended up with a really original space that feels so light and spacious. Features like a skylight over shower (for an 'outdoor' shower experience!), bars up the stairs to keep it open and hanging lights by our bedside we love, and would never have thought to do ourselves. We are constantly amazed at how much lighter our original corridor is thanks to some well placed windows and the open staircase. The process of planning was so easy, communication great, very flexible with appointments and we really felt like they listened to us throughout. 5 stars- would definitely recommend ODDD!

We bought 'The Boathouse' because of its situation - close to the town centre but with unobstructed, panoramic views over the river to open countryside. The downside was the problematic internal layout and undersized capacity for our needs. We were determined to make the project work: however demolition and rebuild were precluded by cost, whilst extension of the existing structure was impractical due to the constraints of the difficult, compact site - we needed some innovative architectural input. Cormac from ŌDDD Ltd. was brilliant, quickly understanding our vision, and solving our concerns through imaginative design, yet staying within budget. By transposing the upper and lower floors they vastly improved the functionality of the house, doubling the size of the outside entertainment area, whilst somehow conjuring up an extra bedroom, two extra bathrooms, and a wonderful open plan living space - all within the existing site and building shell. We really enjoyed working with Cormac & Huw on our house redesign. They brought beautiful and innovative ideas to the project which gave us much better clarity on our concept. They were both a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to move it from computer to reality, before engaging with ODDD design we were looking into a black hole of concepts and unknown costs. We now have a framework and plans to move forward with contractors thanks to the expert guidance which was worth every penny.
