OFCA is amazing. With a clear communication, project management, technical know how and excellent taste. Extremely well priced and delivered in a timely matter. The projects done for us related to transforming an empty warehouse and an empty shopping mall unit into a very cozy environment that anybody can enjoy. OFCA sourced environmentally friendly innovative materials, built to last and with a consistent theme. We got bespoke furniture, partition walls, lighting, kitchen fittings, and flooring. All of it done with a smile, can do attitude and a clear communication that explains the full process and the consequences of particular choices.

We worked with Nicolas at OfCA while refurbishing our house. He was an excellent guide to what could be achieved in the time and budget we had available. He helped us design structural alterations to improve the flow of our house, and sourced quotes from contractors. He then acted as project manager throughout the three month building project. Nicolas was a pleasure to work with - friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We’re very happy with the final result, which turned a tired house into a warm and pleasant home.

We did a complete house design with Nico in 2020/21 on a two bedroom Victorian terrace in East London to create a light and spacious three bedroom house with a loft conversion, an extended kitchen and moved the bathroom upstairs put in an extra WC on the ground floor under the stairs. He guided us step by step through the whole process, asking us the right questions for us to gain clarity on our vision. A strong communicator of amiable character he listened to our needs providing creative solutions helping us all the way with his broad knowledge of house design and materials of varying budgets. A strategic thinker on the local authority application process his expertise allowed us to maximise the house’s potential. He was always punctual and well prepared with printed out plans and paperwork. An open minded team player with a strong sense of creating a collective vision.
