Penrith Architects Blackburn

We invited several local architects to give us advice on our house extension project. When Wayne arrived from Penrith we explained what we wanted to do. Wayne threw in some ideas that we had not thought of, and he explained how Penrith worked and the process involved. He was honest enough to say the way they worked would usually take longer than other local designers because they followed a through process. Despite this we still appointed Penrith and we were very glad we did. When we received our first draft we immediately realised that Wayne listened to what we wanted. He put the kitchen in a place that we never thought of which gave us so much more space with needing a bigger extension. This saved us a lot of money and gave us a better connection to the garden. Wayne delt with planning issues and made the process stress free. We love the design. We would recommend Penrith highly.
