Cheshire Based Architectural Studio Creating Unique Characterful Homes

PLAN Architect Studio was established in 2020 by Zoe Moorhouse following 10 years working in practice in Manchester City Centre. After moving out to the Cheshire countryside, PLAN Architect Studio has enabled Zoe to focus on local, residential work, whilst raising a young family. In this time we have had over 20 positive planning decisions, mostly across Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester, including applications in Green Belt, Open Countryside and Conservation areas. PLAN Architect Studio focusses on contemporary character architecture and specialising in getting the most out of property in land in land designated as Green Belt and Open Countryside. Our focus is on extensions and remodelling in the Cheshire area, with capacity for the occasional replacement dwelling or new build subject to workload scheduling. Zoe has experience of Listed buildings, barn conversions, homes in conservation areas and homes in the green belt and is particularly excited by clients with character homes who are wishing to add a high end, contemporary feel.
