About Us

Planning and Design Practice Ltd is a team of town planning consultants, architects and urban designers. Based in Derbyshire we are perfectly located to work nationally for our clients. We offer a comprehensive range of services, specialising in Town Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Heritage and Conservation. We provide our clients with expert advice on a range of planning issues encompassing small scale developments through to large schemes. We can assist in the submission of planning applications and appeals, provide advice on enforcement issues, and prepare masterplans and detailed design proposals. We can also prepare a range of specialist documents including Planning Statements, Design and Access Statements, Heritage Statements and Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals. Our work is highly regarded and based on our belief that good design is indivisible from good planning. We have an excellent track record in achieving planning permissions and in winning appeals.
