We advise clients on all aspects of urban and rural planning, managing the range of planning and/or listed building applications, as well as providing evidence for appeals. We see every project as a new opportunity to apply our skills and experience, guiding clients through the process of dreaming, designing, building and furnishing their projects. Weaving together client needs and aspirations, aesthetics, sustainability and budget, our goal is an inspired project that both serves and delights. I contacted Sara and Platinum Planning regarding a Planning Application that needed to be made for a Commercial project on behalf of a client of mine. From the outset Sara was highly professional in her assessment of the project, and very clear on what information was needed from me to progress the application. Sara provided a very clear and concise fee structure for the work to be carried out which was never deviated from - a fact I greatly appreciated when the assumption is that applications of this nature can have a certain amount of 'fluidity'. Throughout the whole submission process I was kept completely up to date on progress with the application and Sara was always available to discuss any queries I had. Overall I'd have no hesitation at all in recommending Platinum Planning, and fully intend to use their services and Sara's expertise on future projects.

'Move or improve' was our dilemma. After the initial consultation with Sara we were impressed with her professionalism and ideas. A design was developed alongside completion of a full survey and plans have been submitted in a matter of weeks. We'd recommend Sara to anyone building/extending/renovating in the Cotswolds.

Sara was professional and successful in helping Arcudio to obtain mixed use for Failand Post office and village stores. The application to incorporate a cafe to the newly acquired general store, was successful in its first attempt ensuring our client could pivot their offer to include the much supported cafe to ensure its long term future, whilst the building underwent full extension and refurbishment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Planning for residential or commercial Planning consents.
