PML Architecture

We worked with PML Architecture for the refurbishment of our flat. They have been following the whole project; from the initial design, interactions with the council, selection of the contractors through the whole execution of the works. It has been great to work with them. We are extremely pleased with the suggested designs. Furthermore they have been providing extremely useful suggestions on different matters and have been extremely thorough while following the work through completion. Highly recommended!

Very professional and responsive team. We worked with PML Architecture towards our planning application at Ealing Council and we were on a very tight schedule. We instructed PML architecture for an extension to our garden flat and a full refurbishment throughout. We fell in love with the designs that Phil presented at concept stage, which included an extended open plan living dining room, with two ceiling light boxes and finished with copper cladding externally. Phil and Kirisna guided us through a complex refurbishment of our entire house right the way through from the planning and tenders to the construction and interior design. They were professional, always composed, offered great ideas and helped with budgeting as well as discounts from some suppliers. Final results of the project are good. PML was particularly useful in the design phase giving a number of ideas on what was possible before we decided on what to do. Plans were produced quickly and submissions for planning permission done without fuss. PML was able to recommend some builders to provide comparable quotes for the works.
