POQA are a RIBA Chartered Architectural practice with a quiet reputation for delivering intelligent DESIGN solutions for Clients within LONDON and the Home Counties. Established in 2009, the practice has a strong portfolio of completed private RESIDENTIAL projects with comprehensive EXPERIENCE ranging from considered single storey extensions to the creation of double basements under Listed Houses. As a BOUTIQUE practice POQA are able to offer CLIENTS the benefits of a truly bespoke design service, together with the direct involvement of one of their highly experienced Architect Directors.

POQ was represented by Mr Sanjay whom I would recommend without any of reservation. A true professional who possesses an abundance of diligence, tenacity, patience and determination to deliver the project. I Had previously pursued the project with no success, until Sanjay stepped up and successfully delivered me Planning Approval with his first attempt where others had failed. Highly recommended.
